WITRON is seeking motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our high-performance warehouse distribution team. In this role, you will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues
- Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks
- Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system
- Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime
- Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
- Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights up to 80–100 feet
- Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including cold storage and freezer environments down to −10 °F
- Exposure to an industrial warehouse setting with automated systems
