System Operator - Hernando, MS

A System Operator must be a motivated, self‑starting individual who can prove they have what it takes to succeed as a system technician. This role supports the operation of an automated material handling system and offers an opportunity to use and learn various technologies in a creative environment.

• Operate TCRA/HBW/SEB areas of the system.
• Operate and fault‑correct automated material handling equipment in a fast production environment.
• Troubleshoot and correct system material flow issues.
• Maintain the system through effective management and clearing of products, packaging, and carrier material.
• Perform daily climbing requirements.

• Previous experience with material handling automation in an automated warehouse.
• Operational knowledge from within the building.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Practical attitude and ability to learn new skills.
• Problem‑solving and root‑cause understanding.
• Steady, professional approach in a high‑pressure environment.
• Clear spoken communication skills.

• Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shift – operate 7 days a week.

• Work at heights of up to 80–100 feet.
• Continuous walking, climbing, and standing.
• Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
