Pay: $23/hr
Duration: 10 weeks, June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026

• Support the accounting team by completing balance sheet reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and assisting with accounting research.
• Gain a broad overview of various aspects of accounting by observing and assisting accounting professionals.
• Prepare and record journal entries in Net Suite ERP system.
• Assist with research, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Work as part of the accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company.
• Assist with reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Assist team in developing and implementing process improvements, new controls, and automation.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others and independently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Actively enrolled and working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (junior or senior credit status).
