Staff Accountant Opportunity

Are you an accounting professional with a keen eye for detail? Do you take pride in managing accounts, reconciling figures, and ensuring everything adds up perfectly? If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience and expertise in accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and account reconciliations, we have an opportunity for you! As a Staff Accountant you will report to the Accounting Manager with about 50% of your time spent on the full cycle of accounts receivables and the other 50% on revenue, account reconciliations, fixed assets, other ad hoc responsibilities and special projects aimed at enhancing the efficiencies, policies, procedures and systems within the accounting department.

• Execute comprehensive end-to-end accounts receivable functions.
• Respond confidently and effectively to both internal and external billing inquiries.
• Collaborate fruitfully with the finance team to uphold ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition processes.
• Prepare month-end journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP standards.
• Maintain Fixed Asset and Construction in Progress (CIP) schedules.
• Perform reconciliations for key accounts.
• Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and support data requests for audits.

• Participate in process enhancement initiatives.
