We’re hiring for a hybrid role. You’ll work on-site with your team several days each week (typically 2–3), with the specific days set by your manager. Because regular in-person collaboration is central to this job, we look for candidates who live within about 50 miles of the office.

The Senior Financial Reporting Associate performs critical back‑office and accounting functions to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of Everfox’s financial reporting across US and UK GAAP. The role supports consolidated and statutory reporting, intercompany accounting, and corresponding audits, delivering timely, accurate reports to management and stakeholders.
This high‑visibility position sits at the intersection of business operations and financial results and contributes directly to Everfox’s success through disciplined technical accounting, process documentation, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Location:
Herndon, VA (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week)
Assist with technical accounting (e.g., purchase accounting, valuations, position memos), general ledger accounting (intangible assets, debt, equity and share‑based compensation, intercompany), financial reporting, statutory reporting, and external audits.
Prepare monthly financial statement packages and analyze P&L and balance‑sheet fluctuations to support FP&A budget analysis.
Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statement packages for management review, including the statement of cash flows.
Prepare quarterly calculations and analysis for intercompany transactions, coordinating with Revenue and GL Accounting teams.
Support review of equity‑award valuation entries in accordance with ASC 718.
Prepare and maintain written SOPs for financial reporting processes, with emphasis on intercompany, debt and equity, and annual audit adjustments.
Prepare annual US consolidated and UK local statutory financial statements, including cash flow statements, equity roll‑forwards, and comprehensive footnote disclosures, in line with applicable guidance.
Assist with coordination of PBC items for US and UK audits, tax provisions, and annual entity valuations.
Review quarterly ASC updates and assess applicability to the company.
Build collaborative relationships with finance peers and business partners and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned, including ad‑hoc tasks required by leadership.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with UK GAAP (FRS 102) preferred.
Experience preparing financial statements (BS, IS, CF) and journal entries for month‑end close or audit adjustments.
