AV is seeking an SEC Financial Reporting Manager to lead preparation of 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings and ensure accurate external reporting under U.S. GAAP.
You will coordinate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, and business segment finance teams to deliver timely disclosures. The role requires a CPA, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and a minimum of 10 years of SEC reporting experience, preferably in a public company.
