Pay: $23 - $25 / hour (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Our client is seeking a polished and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to their team. This role involves handling a wide variety of administrative tasks, scheduling, and managing filing systems.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support staff and departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls; take messages and handle correspondence
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of Administrative support experience.
- Government Contracting experience is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Concur is a nice to have. - Highly polished, organized, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may compensate).
- Work in a collaborative, professional setting.
