Full-Time Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in Reston, Virginia. This long-term contract position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role requires strong administrative judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work effectively with a personal computer and reliable high-speed internet.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior executives, including HR and engineering leadership, while maintaining discretion.
• Organize complex calendars, schedule meetings, and help ensure leaders are prepared for upcoming priorities and commitments.
• Arrange business travel logistics and confirm itineraries, accommodations, and related details as needed.
• Prepare, review, and submit expense reports with accuracy and timely follow-through.
• Coordinate with external vendors to support services, meetings, and ongoing administrative needs.
• Assist with planning and executing events by managing logistics, communications, and scheduling details.
• Create, update, and format documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, call support, record maintenance, and follow-up on outstanding items.
