The Office/ Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with company policies. This role supports staff, leadership, vendors, and visitors by managing office and warehouse procedures, supplies, facilities coordination, records, communications, and administrative support functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and service providers, responding to inquiries and routing issues appropriately.
- Maintains office supplies, equipment, records, forms, files, and shared resources; coordinates purchases, inventory, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
- Coordinates meetings, schedules, calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence, mail, deliveries, and other administrative support activities.
- Assists with basic finance and administrative processes such as purchase orders, invoices, expense documentation, budget tracking, and vendor records.
- Supports the new hire onboarding team and maintenance of confidential personnel or business records as assigned.
- Coordinates facility-related needs, including workspace organization, safety supplies, service requests, and communication with maintenance or property contacts.
- Develops, updates, and follows office processes, checklists, and procedures to improve administrative consistency and service quality.
- Handles sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and compliance with company standards.
- Manages company programs and systems including PPE and safety kits, uniforms, tools, vehicles, and other procurement-related activities.
- Supervises local warehouse team and provides support where needed.
- Knowledge of general office administration, records management, scheduling, vendor coordination, and basic business operations.
- Valid driver license and Department of Transportation Medical Certificate required.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through on details.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control practices, order fulfillment processes, and materials handling procedures.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including professional interaction with employees, leadership, vendors, customers, and visitors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email, shared calendars, office equipment, and common administrative systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and resolve routine office problems with minimal supervision.
