What you'll do:
* Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns through phone calls and email correspondence
* Provide exceptional customer service to bolster sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction
* Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) to strengthen customer relationships and work collectively towards achieving sales targets
* Manage the entire order process from initiation to delivery, including order tracking and recommending complementary products
* Make strategic recommendations to increase the adoption of private label products and digital solutions
* Support OSRs in developing account growth strategies and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
* Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while assisting with various customer operations
* Efficiently resolve day-to-day customer issues, whether working remotely or from company offices as required
What you'll bring:
* Minimum of 2 years' Sales or Customer Service experience, preferably in building materials
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
* Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
* Comfort with extended periods of desk work and heavy phone/email communication
