Lead Business Analyst

Role Overview — Lead Business Analyst
Compensation: $55 – $60 per hour

Logical Paradigm is a professional staffing and solutions firm delivering flexible and permanent staffing services across industries including Information Technology, Government, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals.

The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, producing detailed documentation, supporting analysis, and contributing to solution design across business initiatives.

• Conduct requirements-gathering meetings with business and technical stakeholders.

• Capture and document requirements, use cases, and business scenarios.

• Prepare detailed documentation including:

  • Functional and non-functional requirements

  • Use cases

  • ERDs (Entity Relationship Diagrams)

• Support analysis, modeling, and quantitative evaluation of business problems.

• Identify issues and recommend solutions.

• Develop UML models and process flows.

• Create UI prototypes and mockups

• Provide basic project management support and share progress updates with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree (all majors encouraged; Business and Finance preferred).

• 8–15 years of professional experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
