OpportunityAs a Project Operations Officer, you will provide LOB-wide strategy and operations support to senior leaders by integrating strategic initiatives across divisions and programs, supporting business strategy development and proposal solutioning, and coordinating staff-level operational processes that enable effective program execution.
You must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing, rapidly learn and apply new collaboration technology, and present products and ideas in a professional manner. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts both virtually and in-person.
Responsibilities- Coordinate operational staff support across the LOB for senior leaders by managing staff actions, synchronizing enterprise resources, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-division alignment on operational priorities.
- Develop and refine business strategy products, market growth objectives, and executive-level briefs; support Line-led capture/proposal development through solutioning assistance and written products such as white papers and responses to RFIs.
- Support growth leadership with managing B&P budgets by tracking current and future opportunities, maintaining spend plans/budget status, and enabling resource alignment decisions across multiple efforts.
- Support core staff processes; coordinate transition planning and deliverable tracking for new or evolving programs; conduct research in corporate repositories for reusable templates/artifacts; and coordinate operational execution tasks required to enable program performance (including forward deployed support when required).
- Assist with the development, refinement, and streamlining of LOB staffing processes to gain efficiency and improve client support.
Required
- Master's degree in an industry-related field such as International Affairs or Business.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Advanced level competency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) with a practical understanding of SharePoint.
- Active Public Trust or Secret Clearance.
- Previous work experience related to project management or strategy development.
Preferred
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
- Experience briefing at the senior/flag officer level.
- Experience writing White Papers, Info Memos, and RFI responses for senior/flag officer level consumption.
