Customer and Leadership facing Senior Sales Leader to lead the 360 Degree/Win‑Win Strategic Partnership program and Large Account Strategy with objective of driving impactful revenue opportunities to close.
- Navigate and close complex deals with strong financial acumen
- Establish paths to close on identified accounts in conjunction with Sales Teams
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to orchestrate solutions for identified opportunities in all sales segments
- Works cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and other Teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements to qualify, navigate and close complex deals.
- Conduct Win/Loss reviews.
- Partner with Channel Partner program on complex agreements to establish new partners that either fill TFB holes in services or leverage the partner's influence on accounts and sales segments.
- Develops internal and external relationships, identifies new opportunities, and creates and executes strategies that result in new business for T‑Mobile.
- Funnel management, reporting, sales forecasting.
- Bachelor's Degree Business Management/General (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 2‑4 years – Experience with System Integrators
- 2‑4 years – Experience developing and executing sales initiatives driving new revenue opportunities;
Understanding of sales teams targets and ability to develop products/programs assisting in exceeding those targets - More than 10 years – Experience in a sales or strategic sales support leadership role. Proven ability to guide sales teams with strategy for large complex accounts
Skills and Abilities
- Proposal Writing Experience in proposal development for large transformative or outsourcing initiatives. (Required)
- Technical Training Experience in portfolio analysis, IT application/infrastructure rationalization. Expertise in conceptualizing and articulating 5G value proposition, IT vision. (Required)
- Business Strategy Experience with transformation strategy and business cases for achieving desired business objectives. (Required)
- Communication Excellent oral and written communication skills. Confident communicator and presenter; speak with clarity and positive tone. (Required)
- Business Acumen Strategic Thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning);
Analytical Skills (research, attention to detail);
Problem Solving (research, active listening) (Required) - Project Management Hands on experience leading large multi‑year deals projects of at least $30M. (Required)
- Consultation Prior consulting experience and interactions with C‑Level Executives. (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $193,500 - $349,000, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $135,450 - $244,300. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
