Position SummaryAAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Herndon, VA that is an international pioneer in the aerospace industry. They are a leader in designing, manufacturing and delivering aerospace products, services and solutions to customers on a global scale. A commercial aircraft manufacturer, with Space and Defense they are the largest aeronautics and space company in Europe and a worldwide leader.
EssentialFunctions
Operational Analytics: 70 %
- Prepare business and pipeline reports for team and management meetings
- Develop and maintain databases, including data model design, data collection and data cleaning
- Apply basic coding to merge, compare, analyze data sets
- Identify and interpret patterns and trends in data sets, providing analytical support and insights to the commercial team
Communications: 25 %
- Maintain dialogue and work closely with other functions including Commercial & Support, Product Management and Operations teams to understand the business as well as developments and trends in the market
- Providing data and administrative support to adhoc projects
Other duties as assigned: 5%
- Other administrative tasks or duties reasonably required from time to time by the Company
- Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- 0-2 years data analytics experience
- Up to 5% Domestic Travel involved (to join sales team quarterly meetings, only if required)
- Able to work in US without current or future need for visa sponsorship
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office or other relevant tools used for data analytics and visualization
- Basic coding proficiency in Python, R etc
- Strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally
- Understanding enterprise planning systems like SAP; advanced knowledge of MS Excel
