Satair is looking for a Process Performance Manager to join our team in Herndon, Virginia.

The process and performance manager will lead the execution of Performance Management and Performance Improvement from a customer focused perspective at company level. The job holder will also deploy Airbus Continuous Improvement initiatives (Called Airbus Operating System - AOS) at company level.

Launch and Lead Performance Improvement projects from a customer focused perspective: 50 %

• Act as an internal consultant and supporter for end to end improvement missions
• Run/lead data driven root causes analysis and align different functions around a common improvement goal
• Translate customer satisfaction expectations into operational targets
• Lead specific Customers performance improvement plans

Lead the execution of Performance Management from the America Offices 20 %

• Drive regional performances reviews at senior leadership level by leading an Multi‑functional Teams of performance managers from various functions
• Take accountability in ensuring collective resolution of pain points and customer irritants

Deploy Airbus Continuous Improvement initiates (Called Airbus Operating System - AOS) deployment in Satair in close collaboration with Airbus Customer Services AOS team (S function) and Satair Functions. 20 %

• Achieve maturity evolution on fundamental AOS Bricks such as SQCDP, PPS, KPI Tree, etc…
• Lead Multi‑functional Teams from various functions to deploy continuous improvement tools via pragmatic mindset

Other duties as assigned: 10%

• Up to 10% ad hoc tasks to support the strategic goals of Process and Improvement Team

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
• 6+ years Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics
