Job Title
Handling customer contracts
The role involves managing customer contracts, understanding contract terms, and maintaining an organized database of contracts. This includes reading through contracts, capturing key terms, and inputting data into a spreadsheet to create a revenue waterfall and contracts database.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer contracts
- Layout terms beginning > end
- Be looking at key terms in contracts
- Focusing on how many customer contracts we have and keeping it organized
- Contract understanding
- These are standard and should be easy enough to follow
- Read through all the contracts – approximately 30 to 50
- Put the material and pertinent term into a spreadsheet that allows us to create a revenue waterfall and contracts database essentially
- Terms to be captured would be start date, end date, monthly revenue (which may have to be calculated off annual revenue), the nature of the contract – imagery vs analytics vs professional services etc., cancellation or renewal terms.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working with contracts
