Senior Product Manager – Mobile Experiences
Fran Connect supports franchisors and multi-location brands with tools used daily by managers, employees, and operators in the field. Mobile experiences are central to how our customers run their businesses, and we're investing in making those experiences clear, fast, and reliable.
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager – Mobile Experiences to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Fran Connect's mobile products. This role focuses on solving the right problems for manager-, employee-, and franchisee-facing experiences, with an emphasis on critical, field-first daily workflows.
You'll work in a close product triad with Design and Engineering, partnering with offshore engineering teams in India to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Fran Connect's mobile experiences
- Define and prioritize solutions for field-first, daily-use workflows
- Balance the needs of managers, employees, and franchise stakeholders
- Partner with Design to shape intuitive, consistent mobile experiences
- Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, performant mobile solutions
- Use data, customer feedback, and business context to define problems and measure outcomes
- Align mobile strategy with broader product and platform goals
- Present mobile strategy, decisions, and results to customers and product leadership
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning mobile products or mobile-first workflows
- Strong product judgment in complex, multi-user environments
- Ability to make tradeoffs and drive clarity in ambiguous situations
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus
