BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR
Position requires 2nd shift work hours from 2:00 p.m. through facility close, with weekend and overtime opportunities based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure all visitors entering the facilities are properly escorted and maintain positive control at all times while within the controlled area.
- Support and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure operational readiness, safety compliance, and continuity of operations.
- Coordinate with identified vendors and support personnel to address deficiencies, track corrective actions, and minimize disruptions to mission requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, program leadership, and client stakeholders to coordinate operations, resolve issues, and ensure mission requirements and training objectives are successfully achieved.
- Drive key operational outcomes by fostering teamwork, innovation, and proactive problem-solving to resolve challenges, improve processes, and ensure mission success in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Utilize operational management tools, security protocols, communication systems, scheduling platforms, and analytical problem-solving skills to support mission execution, coordinate with personnel, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science. - Experience:
5 or more years of related experience. - Technical skills:
Microsoft Suite. - Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- US citizenship required.
Shift: 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. to facility close). Weekend and overtime opportunities may arise based on operational requirements.
Salary RangeLikely salary range: $83,300 - $112,700. Final compensation will be based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
