Owner’s Representative – Site Scheduler

Locations:
Canton, MS | New Albany, OH | Herndon, VA

Overview

Enhanced Staffing is recruiting an experienced Owner’s Rep Site Scheduler to support a large, confidential hyperscale data-center client. This role serves as the owner’s scheduling authority on active construction sites, partnering closely with general contractors and client teams to monitor schedule performance, identify risks early, and drive best-in-class scheduling practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform recurring QA/QC reviews of contractor schedules
  • Review baseline and update schedules for logic, scope, and sequencing
  • Establish reporting cadence and schedule health metrics
  • Identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation strategies
  • Perform milestone variance, forensic, and time-impact analyses
  • Review schedule-driven change orders and delay claims
  • Support schedule negotiations and recovery planning
  • Partner with client preconstruction, construction, and controls teams
  • Mentor project controls and construction staff through reporting
Additional Responsibilities
  • Conduct site walks to validate reported progress
  • Prepare schedule status reports for project and executive teams
  • Comply with all onsite safety requirements
  • Review drawings and contract documents to assess scope and entitlement
  • Serve as primary scheduling liaison with contractors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of data center or mission-critical construction experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and practices
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience reviewing time-impact analysis and recovery schedules
