How you will contribute to the team Customer Support – 40%- Focal point of contact for our customers in the Americas regarding tool lease services.
- Process tool lease quotations and incoming orders.
- Ensure smooth progress of order handling and follow up according to customer requirements.
- Proactively notify customers about order status.
- Monitor and report customer KPIs.
- Manage end‑to‑end interfaces between supplier, customer, and internal organizations for all tool leases.
- Follow up with customers for tooling returns and warranty claims.
- Support customer tool order packages; coordinate with tool services management in Hamburg to ensure timely processing.

- Follow up with customers for tooling returns and warranty claims, accepting and recording feedback regarding damages.
- Support customer tool order packages; coordinate with tool services management in Hamburg to ensure orders are processed efficiently and timely.
- Generate customer and internal order status reports.
- Work closely with local repair shops and internal customers to ensure proper maintenance, prompt repair, and optimization of tools.
- Manage leasing return and Airbus stock (on‑shelf) tool repairs and recertification.
- Report on available Airbus tool recertification and lease‑return inventory.
- Collect, analyze, and implement lessons learned and corrective actions for missed tool lease/sale/repair opportunities.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3‑5 years of experience in a customer service function.
- Analytical skills and experience developing reports and describing status of activities.
- Experience using G Suite.
- Skilled in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with SAP.
- Strong technical background, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- On‑site.
- Vision: read computer screens, reports, and engineering drawings.
- Hearing: participate in conversations and teleconference.
- Speaking: deliver information and participate in meetings.
- Equipment operation: personal computer, telephone, copies, fax, electronic .
- Carrying, lifting, pushing/pulling up to 30 lbs (14 kg).
- Standing, walking, squatting/kneeling, sitting for extended periods.
- Travel independently and on short notice.
- Use of PPE as required (safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, respirators, gloves).
