Front Desk Manager

Peraton is seeking a Front Desk Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the front desk or reception area in Northern Virginia office locations. The role involves managing badging, ensuring visitor satisfaction, and maintaining efficient front desk procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a high level of customer service and visitor satisfaction.
• Handling visitor inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating special requests and arrangements for visitors.
• Overseeing daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out and badging procedures.
• Maintaining effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Relaying important information to front desk staff and other relevant teams.
• Providing training to other front desk staff on customer service, procedures, and use of systems.
• Keeping staff updated on policies and relevant information.
• Ensuring the security and safety of staff and visitors.
• Implementing emergency procedures and coordinating with relevant authorities.

• Education:
  
  A high school diploma is required.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of experience in front desk operations or guest services, with some managerial or supervisory experience.

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
