Administrative Audience Services Manager NextStop Theatre Herndon, VA

Next Stop Theatre Company, in Herndon, Virginia, is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to serve as Audience Services Manager. The Audience Services Manager will field, triage, and respond to patron questions or concerns and oversee the box office ticket sales operations, database management, audience development initiatives, theatre space rental programs and other customer service processes. The areas of responsibility include front-facing customer engagement and internal engagement with management and production teams.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the theater in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all box office email and voicemails and effectively resolve issues for patrons and the general public in a timely manner.
• Monitor the Box Office email and voicemail prior to scheduled performances to handle last-minute time sensitive requests.
• Process all non-web based single ticket sales, subscription sales, group sales and complimentary tickets in the system.
• Build audience relationships with regular subscribers, donors and patrons to foster strong audience relationships.
• Identify, cultivate and coordinate new community partners and audience engagement initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate theater rental program
• Update patron record to include notes regarding special preferences and accessibility needs.
• Configure events, pricing, and promotional offers for all productions, live events, and fundraising campaigns in the ticketing system and other platforms.
• Additional related tasks as required.

$25.00 – $25.00 per hour
