MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Visual Solution Architect to join our team in support of Strategic Pursuits Group (SPG) operations Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position requiring occasional onsite presence.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To- Work on high-end, dynamic slide decks with the speed to create and manipulate proposal graphics directly within PPT under aggressive timelines.
- Actively participate in war room brainstorming sessions to visualize complex concepts on the fly and translate technical concepts into intuitive graphics.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud to develop high-impact graphics optimized for immediate integration into PowerPoint and proposal volumes.
- Partner with SMEs, Orals Coaches, and Solution Architects during solutioning sessions to refine messaging and visualize concepts in real time.
- Deconstruct solicitation requirements into compliant, compelling, and scoring-focused presentation content.
- Manage slide content development to ensure strict compliance with solicitation formatting, corporate standards, and message alignment across written and oral volumes.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing materials, brochures, templates, and project content.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience in Federal Government proposal development, UX development, marketing graphics, solution architecture, or information design.
- Expert or Master level proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated experience building graphics and managing large, complex slide decks under tight deadlines.
- Submission of a portfolio demonstrating proposal process graphics, graphic flows, infographics, technical graphics, or complex data visualizations created entirely using MS PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proven ability to translate dense technical content and "engineer speak" into clear, business-focused language and compelling imagery.
- Demonstrated capability to turn around graphics quickly in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines typical of Federal Government proposals.
- 5+ years of experience in proposal development, solution architecture, or information design within the Federal Government contracting space.
- Direct experience supporting GSA AAS FEDSIM oral proposals.
- Experience supporting competitive proposals featuring complex PowerPoint slides and oral presentations.
- Strong understanding of Federal Government solicitation structures, compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, and corporate branding standards.
- U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
