Bach to Rock Herndon offers structured music education programs for students of all ages. Our Early Childhood program helps young children develop coordination, listening skills, and confidence through structured group classes.

We are hiring an Early Childhood Teacher to lead music based classes for young children. This role is ideal for someone with experience in early childhood education, childcare, preschool, camps, or similar environments.

• Lead structured group classes for young children
• Maintain classroom structure and manage group energy appropriately
• Provide a positive and professional experience for families
• Support student engagement and participation
• Maintain reliable scheduling and attendance

• Experience working with young children strongly preferred
• Comfortable leading groups and speaking with parents
• Professional, reliable, and organized
• Reliable transportation

Part-time, hourly; hours vary by class schedule.

Peak: weekday afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.

Tiered pay: $18–$22/hr (Tier 1–3).
