Bach to Rock is a modern music school where students of all ages learn music, build confidence, and perform. Our Early Childhood program introduces young children to music through structured, engaging classes designed to develop coordination, listening skills, and confidence.

We are hiring an Early Childhood Music Instructor to teach group classes for children ages approximately 18 months through 7 years old. This role requires strong classroom leadership, clear communication with parents, and the ability to maintain structure while keeping young children engaged.

• Lead structured group classes for young children and their caregivers
• Guide students through age appropriate musical activities including singing, movement, rhythm, and basic instrument exploration
• Maintain clear structure, pacing, and classroom management
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding student engagement and progress
• Prepare materials and maintain a consistent class environment
• Maintain consistent weekly availability and reliable attendance

• Experience working with young children in a teaching, childcare, classroom, camp, or similar environment
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Confident leadership presence and ability to engage groups
• Reliable transportation to our location
• Consistent weekday and or Saturday availability

• Pay based on experience
• Tier 1 (Entry/Developing): $18/hr
• Tier 2 (Established): $18–$20/hr
• Tier 3 (Advanced Specialist): $20–$22/hr
