Bach to Rock Herndon is a modern music school serving young children through structured, engaging early childhood music programs.
Position OverviewWe are hiring an Early Childhood Class Instructor to lead music and movement based group classes for young children. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a structured classroom while creating an engaging environment.
Responsibilities- Lead group classes using established curriculum and structure
- Maintain classroom management and engagement
- Provide a positive experience for students and parents
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and families
- Experience with young children preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent availability
- Phone interview → On-site interview + teaching demonstration → offer contingent on background check
- Tiered hourly pay: $18–$22/hr (Tier 1–3)
