If you've always wanted to travel to China and immerse yourself in Chinese culture, the English tutor in China program is a great way to get exposure to China. The role involves teaching English to a child living in a host family.

• Teach English to a child in a host family.
• Live with a Chinese host family as a family member.
• Participate in training on Chinese culture and society upon arrival.
• Maintain a tutoring schedule of 80‑100 hours per month.

• Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in college with teaching experience (formal or informal).
• Passion for teaching.
• Openness to different cultures.

• Monthly stipend of RMB 1,000+ Yuan (RMB 12,000+ Yuan per year).
• Air ticket subsidy up to RMB 12,000 Yuan per year.
• Medical insurance covering you from the time you leave your country until you return home.
• Chinese classes 4‑10 hours per week with an education allowance up to RMB 19,000 Yuan per year.
• Free room and board with the host family.
• Full assistance with visa application and necessary extensions in China.
• Pick‑up at the airport.
• International health and accident insurance.

• Support from a local coordinator who will assist you in adapting to your new family and environment.

• Fill out application forms, submit three photos, and write a letter describing who you are and why you want to work as a tutor in China.
• Our services team matches you with an appropriate host family after receiving all documents.
• Interview with the host family.
• Visa application handled by our partner agency in China, including necessary extensions.
• Book flight and begin your journey to China.
