Solar Installation Manager

• Oversee the installation of solar energy systems from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage a team of installers, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans based on client requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations and report on progress to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of solar installation or construction management experience.
• Experience managing field teams and multiple active projects.
• Knowledge of photovoltaic systems and electrical construction practices.
• Understanding of NEC and local permitting requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project locations.
