• Leading cross‑functional communication and coordination between regional general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow for construction protocols, documentation access, and standardized procedures.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive tracking systems for design modifications, RFIs, and change orders, creating detailed dashboards with priority levels and deadlines for regional leadership review.
• Evaluating Method of Procedure (MOP) submissions for thoroughness, necessity, and risk assessment.
• Managing vendor onboarding processes, including security credentialing and orientation programs.
• Maintaining current project management software with critical milestone updates, correspondence records, and document control.
• Coordinating and monitoring owner‑furnished material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at construction sites.
• Establishing and managing a centralized repository for contractor‑supplied construction data.
• Overseeing quality assurance programs through implementation of various checklists, including substantial completion verification, safety protocols, and quality control measures.

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment.
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in vendor management.

• Electrical or mechanical Journeyman License.
• Operating engineering license such as DC II, DC III, or equivalent.
