Job Overview

Key Job Responsibilities- Leading cross‑functional communication and coordination between regional general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow for construction protocols, documentation access, and standardized procedures.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive tracking systems for design modifications, RFIs, and change orders, creating detailed dashboards with priority levels and deadlines for regional leadership review.
- Evaluating Method of Procedure (MOP) submissions for thoroughness, necessity, and risk assessment.
- Managing vendor onboarding processes, including security credentialing and orientation programs.
- Maintaining current project management software with critical milestone updates, correspondence records, and document control.
- Coordinating and monitoring owner‑furnished material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at construction sites.
- Establishing and managing a centralized repository for contractor‑supplied construction data.
- Overseeing quality assurance programs through implementation of various checklists, including substantial completion verification, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- 3+ years of vendor management experience.
- 4+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment.
- 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor management.

- Electrical or mechanical Journeyman License.
- Operating engineering license such as DC II, DC III, or equivalent.
