• Managing the development of a portfolio of suppliers and vendors and ensuring their performance, capacity, de‑risking, and development needs are secured to meet evolving business requirements.
• Directing the maturity and robustness of suppliers' manufacturing and supply chain processes to avoid supply failures and driving continuous improvement of supply chain‑related performance for product deliveries.
• Managing the review of supplier capacity and capability to secure an effective ramp‑up period aligned with Airbus' industrial objectives, including major planning changes and ramp‑down periods.
• Monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance using key performance indicators and directing surveillance of suppliers through audits, assessments, recovery plans and missions, CID (Corrective, Improvement, Development), and industrial risks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing major industrial risks, overseeing major changes including industrial transfers, and supporting design changes from an industrial point of view.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field AND at least 3 years of experience in procurement operations within the commercial aviation industry; or, in lieu of a degree, 5 years of experience as specified.
• Experience monitoring and auditing suppliers.
• Experience with supply chain and quality processes.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, sheet metal manufacturing, machining, and aerospace assembly.
• Experience in project management, including multi‑functional team industrialization projects from tendering through serial production.
• Up to 50% domestic and international travel required for supplier meetings, audits, and on‑site assessments.
• Full‑time telework permitted.
