Mechanical Project Engineer

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering required.
- 5+ years of mechanical (HVAC) design experience in commercial, government, academic, R&D, high‑rise multi‑family, or industrial projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant HVAC modeling software (CHVAC/RHVAC, Trane Trace, and/or eQuest).
- EIT and LEED accreditation strongly preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
- Strong mentoring and team leadership ability.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Demonstrated project management and organization capabilities.
- Perform all levels of mechanical (HVAC) design, including creating detailed construction documents.
- Oversee complete project lifecycle, from planning through construction and completion.
- Review work by junior staff for quality assurance, and serve as a mentor and technical resource.
- Lead or participate in client meetings, providing project updates and coordinating design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to document existing field conditions and monitor construction progress.
- Develop project specifications, construction budgets, and cost estimates.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and company quality standards.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000.
