- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, including at least 3 years in assistant project management roles
- Land development engineering experience, including residential and commercial projects
- Thorough understanding of municipal codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
- Registered Professional Engineer in relevant field strongly preferred
- Experience with stormwater modeling, hydrologic calculations, and open channel/detention basin design
- Experience with AES, CIVILD, WSPGW, PCSWMM, StormCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS
- Familiarity with CLOMR/LOMR applications and processing
- Strong marketing and business development skills
- Outstanding client management and communication skills
- Oversee execution and management of complex civil engineering projects to ensure timeliness and budget compliance
- Lead, supervise, and review work of project staff to uphold quality standards
- Foster and maintain positive client relationships, addressing technical and billing inquiries as needed
- Prepare and direct design, specifications, estimates, and reports for land development projects
- Monitor project progress, costs, billing, and accounts receivable to drive profitability
- Collaborate with internal departments and support business development initiatives, marketing presentations, and client meetings
