The System Integration / Test Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in the GEOINT Repository for Needs (GRFN) Program, overseeing approximately 20 multi-disciplined engineers within their reporting structure. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the efficient verification and testing of the integrated development baseline, from feature-level verification to system-level testing, including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) testing, Enterprise testing, regression testing, and performance testing.

Test automation is a key focus, and the candidate will also manage the budget as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the SIT team's work scope. Additionally, this role involves organizational and functional oversight of the Systems Engineering team, working closely with program leadership, finance, contracts, and technical teams to integrate additional work scope and meet customer requirements. A current TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are mandatory requirements for this position.
