Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Facilitate collaboration with construction teams, controls programmers, MEP/ACS engineers, Design Engineering, and Colocation Regional Engineering.
  • Coordinate with regional project managers to review and finalize project SOWs.
  • Manage and prioritize requests for information across all project types.
Vendor & Procurement Management
  • Lead vendor selection processes and evaluate bid packages.
  • Review vendor submittals and technical documentation for compliance with AWS standards.
Operations & Support
  • Interact with AWS cloud services to archive and analyze control system data.
  • Provide escalation management and risk mitigation for project challenges.
Continuous Improvement
  • Drive consistent standards across all delivery methods.
  • Collect lessons learned to develop unified, documented solutions.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation during site assessments and throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission‑critical facilities such as data centers, power generation, or oil and gas.
  • 4+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods for data center equipment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and control diagrams, building operations, HVAC systems, and environmental monitoring.
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer license.
  • Experience with regional building codes and regulations.
  • Experience leading design concepts from exploration to deployment or mass production.
  • Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents.
