Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Be the person who owns the board - not just a part of it. From concept through to production.

You'll be the senior digital design engineer in a R&D team, taking board level designs all the way from concept to production. You'll be doing everything from schematic design, simulation and analysis, PCB layout, and full board bring up - you'll be given full ownership.

There's also a real opportunity to lead here. This a senior seat on a team that is growing steadily and has a large amount of pipelined work - you'll have a genuine say in how things are done, rather than having to follow someone else's guidelines.

The base salary for this role is in the range of $160k - $180k, depending on experience. The role is based full time on site in the Herndon, Virginia area.

• Take digital and high speed boards through from concept to production
• Own the schematic capture, analysis, and PCB layout
• Design the hardware around CPUs, FPGAs and microcontrollers
• Drive the board through bring up and validation

• 7+ years in board level electrical design
• Experience with DDR3/4, PCIe, Ser Des, gigabit Ethernet, or similar technology
• Experience designing CPU, FPGA, or microcontroller based boards
