Senior Accountant

We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to support a growing organization aligning to public‑company standards. In this role, you’ll lead key areas of the monthly close, support accurate financial reporting, and help strengthen SOX‑compliant controls. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Operations, and other functions as systems and policies evolve.

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support a timely month-end close
• Review trial balances and intercompany activity
• Deliver reporting schedules and quarterly SEC reporting inputs
• Execute SOX/internal control activities and support enhancements
• Partner with FP&A and Operations to research issues and resolve variances
• Support internal and external audits
• Participate in ERP implementation and integration efforts
• Drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support cross-functional projects

• CPA or progress toward CPA
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 6+ years of accounting experience with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
• Hands‑on month‑end close experience
• Experience with large ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work effectively cross‑functionally
• U.S. Citizenship (ITAR) and ability to obtain a security clearance

• SOX/internal controls or SEC reporting experience
• ERP implementation or migration experience
• Ability to work independently and manage complex assignments
