Northwest Federal Credit Union in Herndon, VA seeks a Collections Specialist to recover past due payments on auto loans, credit cards, and other accounts. You will negotiate with members, use skip tracing, and help keep delinquency low while adhering to BSA and FDCPA/TCPA rules.
The role requires 1+ year in collections or related field, ability to work flexible hours including a Saturday rotation, and comfort working on-site with remote options. Strong Excel/Word skills are expected.
