Compensation: $90.00–$95.00 per hour, with total compensation potential of $116,000+ annually

Additional Earning: Up to $8,000/year for BACB supervision + unlimited referral bonuses

Verbal Beginnings is a growing, BCBA-owned and operated, BHCOE-accredited and ACQ-accredited ABA therapy provider dedicated to unlocking the potential of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a field-based BCBA at Verbal Beginnings, you will bring clinical care directly into the environments that matter most to each child — their home, school, and community. This is where real generalization happens, where skills transfer into everyday life, and where families witness the impact of high-quality ABA firsthand. Your work will be grounded in the most current, evidence-based research, and guided by a relentless commitment to quality outcomes for every child on your caseload.

Collaboration is essential to this role: you will work hand in hand with a dedicated team of RBTs, fellow BCBAs, and clinical supervisors — sharing observations, refining treatment approaches, and holding each other to the highest standards of care. You will also serve as an educator and partner to the families you work with, equipping caregivers with the knowledge and strategies to support their child’s progress across every setting and every moment of the day.
