Crystal Spa is seeking a professional, dependable, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established wellness team in Herndon, Virginia.

With two nearby locations, an active client base, professional front-desk support, and ongoing marketing, we help our therapists maintain consistent bookings and build long-term client relationships.

• Typical total earnings of $50–$80 per completed service hour, including service compensation and gratuities
• Actual earnings vary based on experience, service type, bookings, and client gratuities
• 100% of client gratuities belong to the therapist

• Provide safe, professional, and customized massage services
• Conduct brief client consultations and review contraindications
• Maintain proper draping, sanitation, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
• Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms before and after appointments
• Complete required service documentation accurately
• Maintain dependable attendance and arrive prepared for scheduled appointments
• Assist with reasonable treatment-room, linen, and restocking responsibilities during recorded working time
• Deliver a consistently professional experience that supports client retention

• Active Virginia Massage Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, contraindications, and client safety
• Professional, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to customize services based on client needs and pressure preferences
• Evening or weekend availability is preferred
• Previous spa, therapeutic, deep tissue, medical, prenatal, or sports massage experience is preferred
