We proudly serve Loudoun County and Western Fairfax County
, including Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg, Herndon, Reston, Centreville, Chantilly, Aldie, Middleburg, Purcellville, Hamilton, Round Hill, Waterford, Lovettsville, Paeonian Springs, Clifton, and Great Falls. Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be willing to travel throughout our service area.

• Active PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Availability to work at least one full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month
• Compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to collaboration, clear communication, and strong character
• Previous home care (non-family) or healthcare experience preferred

• Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and errands
• Document care and report changes in client condition
• Complete required annual training and follow each client's individualized care plan

Applicants must successfully pass required background screenings and be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
We are seeking dependable caregivers available approximately 20-40 hours per week, including at least one full weekend per month. If that sounds like you, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
