Personal Care Aide (PCA) / Caregiver – Male and Female, Part-Time & Full-Time

Butterfly Home Care is hiring Male and Female Personal Care Aides (PCAs) Caregivers in Herdon VA location and other areas in Northern Virginia.

We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to provide personalized support to clients in their homes and communities.
Students, experienced caregivers, recent graduates, career changers, and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

• Position: Personal Care Aide (PCA)

• Location: Sterling, Herndon, Ashburn, Aldie, Herndon, and surrounding Northern Virginia

• Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time

• Applicants: Male & Female

• Pay: $15-16 per hour

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and daily routines

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with household tasks and community activities, when applicable

• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment

• Follow individualized care plans and company guidelines

• Communicate important observations to the care team

• Complete required daily documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent, as required

• At least 18 years old

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful

• Good communication skills

• Ability to follow care instructions

• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with personal care, including lifting up to 25 lbs., as applicable

• Previous PCA, caregiver, healthcare, or home care experience preferred but not required for all positions

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation when required

• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
