  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and Total Rewards programs that support talent attraction and retention.
  • Partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other business functions to align HR initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Build and expand our people analytics capabilities, providing leaders with actionable insights related to workforce planning, retention, compensation, and organizational trends.
  • Evaluate emerging HR technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, and determine where they can improve efficiency while preserving thoughtful human decision‑making.

  • Coach and develop a high‑performing HR Operations team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of strategic leadership and operational expertise, along with a passion for building efficient, employee‑focused HR programs.

Qualifications Include
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive senior‑level experience leading HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and HR service delivery. Experience in a professional services environment, with a multi‑locational organizational structure, is strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday HRMS required, including system administration, reporting, integrations, data governance, and process improvement.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll and tax compliance, HR policies, workplace safety, and HR best practices.
  • Experience using workforce data and analytics to support business decisions and organizational planning.
  • Practical experience evaluating AI‑enabled HR technologies and applying them where they add value.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills.
  • SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or a comparable senior HR certification is preferred.
