** Program Overview
** Constellis is proud to participate in the Department of War (DoW) Skill Bridge program, which provides transitioning service members with opportunities to gain valuable civilian work experience during their last 180 days of service. We are seeking a motivated and analytical Fellow to join our Human Resources team for a 12-week immersive training program. This fellowship is designed to provide hands-on experience in core HR functions, including HR systems, data analytics, process improvement, and strategic business partnership.

You will work alongside experienced HR professionals on real-world projects, gaining the practical skills and knowledge needed to launch a successful career in Human Resources.
** Fellow Responsibilities
** Throughout the 12-week program, you will:

- Support HR Business Partners in compiling and analyzing workforce data, preparing dashboards, and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Maintain and audit employee information in HR systems such as ADP and UKG.
- Partner with the HR team to document workflows and streamline operational processes.
- Participate in meetings and shadow HRBPs to understand how HR strategy supports business execution.
- Complete the SHRM Essentials of Human Resources course to build a foundational understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Develop and present a capstone analytics project on a key HR metric for leadership review.
** What You Will Learn & Accomplish
** This rotational program is structured to provide comprehensive exposure to the HR field:

- Weeks 1-3:
Orientation, HRBP role overview, and introduction to key HR systems (ADP, UKG) and data reporting.
- Weeks 4-6:
Foundational HR education, process documentation, and introduction to talent management cycles, FSLA, compensation, and job descriptions.
- Weeks 7-9:
Support engagement initiatives, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Recruiting and Payroll.
- Weeks 10-12:
Execute an HR analytics project, develop presentation skills, and prepare a final program review for leadership.
** Qualifications & Requirements** - Active-duty U.S. Military service member within 180 days of separation and eligible for the DoW Skill Bridge program.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- A keen interest in human resources, systems, and data analysis.
- Professional demeanor, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
- No prior professional HR experience is required.
