Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping people and organizations compliant and ready? We're looking for an Administrative Generalist to join our Region Office team.

• Greets and assists visitors and applicants while managing front‑desk calls and inquiries.
• Maintains accurate digital records and personnel files using multiple computer systems and databases.
• Processes administrative documentation including scanning, archiving, and organizing sensitive records.
• Supports HR operations through file maintenance, data entry, and coordination of required documentation.
• Manages hiring workflows such as background checks, drug testing, employment verification, and clearance review.
• Prepares new hire packets and completes onboarding paperwork to ensure smooth employee start‑up.
• Communicates with applicants and hiring managers to track offer acceptance, documentation, and onboarding status.
• Provides professional customer service and assistance to employees, visitors, and applicants.
• Collaborates with HR, training, and recruiting teams to maintain efficient hiring and onboarding processes.

• Ability to acquire and maintain required DOD security clearance
• Experience in HR administration, or a compliance-focused role
• Familiarity with HR databases
• Strong organizational skills & the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Clear communication w/ applicants, hiring managers, and others
