• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the employer’s integrations ecosystem
• Define and prioritize high-impact out-of-the-box integrations across the product suite
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape API, webhook, and integration architecture decisions
• Balance customer needs, partner considerations, and technical constraints
• Drive problem definition, requirements, delivery, and iteration on a monthly release cadence

• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms
• Proven experience building or scaling integration ecosystems or marketplaces
• Demonstrated ability to own outcomes rather than just ship features
• Strong collaboration skills across design and engineering teams

• Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus
