ROLE:

Technical Lead

The Program Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery of an S4/HANA AWS Cloud Hosted technical solution. They are responsible for the development of sound technical solutions, software baseline and services needed to meet the contract objective and serves as the primary point-of-contact for the Government Program Managers. Experience in managing technical teams delivering cloud solutions with strong customer relationship management experience is a must.

Demonstrated critical-thinking skills to understand, evaluate and analyze and manage customer expectations is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible to steer and run medium to large multi-million dollar engagements to implement SAP software for Cloud and On-Premise solutions.
  • Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with client to understand the client's business priorities and align SAP assets and expertise with these priorities.
  • Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, schedule, resources, and costs.
  • Deep-dive into existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution.
  • Develop reasonable integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time and cost with quality completion. Identify client and other responsibilities and commitments upfront and hold them accountable.
  • Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports and presentations for the Executive steering committee.
  • Help your teams connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional work streams and technical disciplines.
  • Advise clients on using SAP solutions to meet their business needs.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • 5-10 years of related experience managing medium to large projects or programs.
  • Experience in an Agile or Hybrid delivery model.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA migrations is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • US Citizenship and active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience.
