SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support our Legal department's automation needs. This role involves designing and developing solutions using Power Platform products, with a focus on streamlining legal processes. While remote candidates will be considered, preference will be given to those in the Seattle area who can occasionally work in the office.
Responsibilities- Support Legal process automation by designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with Legal business users to intake new projects and understand their needs.
- Design and develop Power Platform and other automation solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Manage user testing and document design processes.
- Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform products, including Solutions, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience with GPT Development and Company’s Team Connect TAP Workflow Automations is a plus.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical designs, especially for non-technical legal business users.
- Experience working within Legal departments is advantageous.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $60.00 - $65.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
