We are currently seeking a Operations Analyst to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically proficient Operations Analyst to support our federal business development and capture operations. This role combines Salesforce administration, data analytics, and process optimization to drive efficiency across the growth lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in CRM management, data analysis, and automation, along with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and support strategic decision‑making.
Job Duties- Manage the Salesforce platform, including user training, onboarding/offboarding, and issue resolution
- Maintain data integrity across multiple Salesforce Orgs and perform bulk updates using Salesforce Data Loader
- Enforce CRM governance, including naming conventions, required fields, stage definitions, and contact/account hierarchy
- Partner with BD and Capture leads to maintain account and opportunity records, next steps, customer touchpoints, and capture milestones in the CRM
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports for pipeline visibility and leadership readouts
- Build weekly and monthly pipeline reports highlighting key changes, risks, aging opportunities, and required actions
- Apply NTT DATA Federal qualification standards and stage‑gate criteria to support go/no‑go decisions
- Schedule and facilitate Growth Office gate reviews, managing agendas, pre‑reads, decisions, and action items
- Ensure owners close actions on time and maintain accountability throughout the process
- Support pipeline meetings and capture milestone tracking
- Produce concise customer and opportunity briefs for priority accounts in Civilian agencies
- Research mission priorities, procurement signals, contract vehicles, and known stakeholders
- Curate and update Growth Office reference materials including capability one‑pagers, past performance summaries, and competitor snapshots
- Manage internal SharePoint portal, including monthly homepage updates and All Hands content posting
- Maintain pursuit artifacts and trackers for Capture and Proposals teams
- Support Solutions Team with Teams site management and distribution lists
- Coordinate across BD, Capture, Solutions Architecture, Pricing, and Proposals to ensure clear handoffs and milestone completion
- Support compliance and quality alignment for internal audits and repeatable execution
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, SOQL, and Python
- Experience with CRM data management, reporting, and analytics
- Strong understanding of federal business development and capture processes preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator administration is a plus
