Overview
Description of this position within the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.
Transform constituent experiences for non-profit organizations via Amazon Connect. As a key member of the team, you ll enable organizations to streamline complex communication challenges and drive innovative technological adoption across our healthcare customers. Amazon Connect is a fast-growing service in the AWS portfolio and a leader in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) space.
Key responsibilities- Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Amazon Connect solutions across healthcare customers
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise-level accounts
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders at CxO levels
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, field teams, and Partner ecosystems to extend solution reach
- Create compelling value propositions that demonstrate tangible business outcomes
Your day will be a blend of strategic relationship building, technical exploration, and collaborative problem-solving. You ll engage with senior executives, technical architects, and innovative partners to design transformative solutions that drive organizational improvements.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor s degree
- 7+ years of sales or sales management in infrastructure or cloud technology experience
- Experience with partner sales and/or alliance development in the software/technology industry
- 5+ years of contact center experience, or experience in the customer service/contact center industry
- Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners or equivalent
- Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers
- 5+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics experience
- AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, Sys Ops Administrator, Developer)
- Experience with non-profit organizations (membership organizations, charities, credit unions)
- Ability to engage with senior customer executives (e.g., CIO, CTO), build strategic relationships, and help customers execute on large-scale engagements
- Deep CX background with extensive knowledge of Contact Center, VDI, or Unified Communications business
