Lead IT Solutions Architect

Tyto Athene is searching for a Lead IT Solutions Architect to support a DoD Customer with conducting assessment, analysis, and solution development of an IT Modernization effort.

• Coordinate and execute requirement gathering and engineer solutions based upon best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all pertinent Army policies, ensure compliance with all pertinent Cybersecurity requirements, and establish compliant IT system integrations.
• Maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing IT technology, continuously look for new technologies, and provide innovative concepts to evolve current processes.
• Provide critical insight and guidance to standardize the IT modernization effort for all sites and provide directions on the preparation and maintenance of all documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects.

Required:

• Minimum of ten years' experience (within the last 15 years) as a Network Engineer.
• Minimum of five years' experience (within the last seven years) of relevant experience designing and developing IT solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience (within the last seven years) delivering a network modernization project.

Desired:

• Possesses a current Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Certification.
• Two years' experience working with commercial internet service providers.
• Five years' experience in DoD Network Design and IT Modernization.
• Five years' experience conducting spectrum analysis with industry standard tools.
